Six cartons just landed. None of it can go on the floor until it's labeled. The receiving is already in the system: what arrived, how many of each, and what you paid for every line. So the labels come from that receiving. One label for every unit you received, with the store name, a scannable barcode, the product and the price already on it. Label size, barcode size and font size are controls on the sheet, so it matches the label stock you already buy. Save those settings once and load them the next time a delivery lands.
Or print the same delivery from a saved design: a shelf edge tag, an apparel hang tag, a small accessory label — each one sized for the printer and the product it belongs to. The label designer is where those are built, so the layout is the one your shelf edge actually needs rather than the one you were handed. Which number prints as the barcode is a setting too, so labels match whatever your scanners and your suppliers already use.
