What to Expect During Your PHP POS Onboarding Call

During your onboarding call, here’s what we’ll help you with:

  1. Basic Store Setup Configuration

    We’ll guide you through configuring your store’s key settings, including:

    • Sales taxes
    • Address and contact information
    • Return policy
    • Loyalty program settings
    • Miscellaneous system preferences
  2. Excel Import Guidance

    We’ll walk you through how to import your data. Please have your files ready in CSV or XLSX format before the call:

    • Customers
    • Suppliers
    • Items (Include pricing, quantity, categories, etc.)

    You’re welcome to use your own spreadsheet format, or you can download import templates from within the application.

  3. Supported Hardware Setup

    If you’ve purchased hardware from our Supported Hardware List, we’ll assist with:

    • Connecting receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and compatible label printers
    • Verifying all hardware functions properly with PHP POS

    Hardware not listed on the Supported Hardware List requires a prepaid fee of $200. This fee includes up to two hours of configuration assistance. Any additional time beyond the initial two hours will be billed at $150 per hour.

  4. Credit Card Processing Setup
    • Using a PHP Partnered Processor? Full setup and support are included for:
      • PPC (via Valor or CardConnect)
      • CoreClear
    • Using a 3rd Party Processor? We can help with that too! A one-time integration fee of $299 applies. Supported gateways include:
      • Valor
      • Deja Vu
      • Stripe (PC only — no terminal support)
      • Braintree (PC only — no terminal support)
      • Square
      • Datacap
